Equipment Details-Service

Once in the Work Order details, the Technician can view the details of the equipment by pressing View Details.  

Equipment Details includes: Equipment information such as the serial number, customer/internal unit numbers, make/model, customer/location and meter.  As well as, the ability to view service history and open work orders, create (depending on technician capability settings) or request a work order, request a quote and update meters. The Technician can add notes and both access any attachments or add any attachments to the details of the equipment. Additionally, the specifications for the equipment are displayed. If the equipment is associated with a QR code and they have the proper permissions, the Technician can remove the QR code association from the equipment. 

Notes specific to the equipment can be added within 'Notes' via HQ or the Service app. (i.e. This equipment has wire guidance or No repairs if meter is greater than 10K hours)  Technicians can also add attachments and files which will be viewable to HQ users and other Technicians.
