Responding to Equipment Requests

When an equipment request is received users have the ability to respond to the requests which the technicians can view on their tablets. Go to the equipment request details, click on the request number and the details screen of the request will open up. From this screen a User can add notes and comments to the equipment request.

In addition, the user can adjust the status of a request by clicking the pencil icon in the status card and adjusting the status from there. A drop down menu will appear and the user can choose Pending, Request Received, In Process, Completed, Canceled.

TIP: It is a recommended practice to continually update the status until completion/cancellation of the request.
