Assigning Sales Leads

Once a sales lead has been received, users can assign other users to the sales lead or assign themselves. Select the sales lead and within the details> on the right side select the pencil icon adjacent to “Assigned To”. Once selected, click the drop down and select the user you would like to be assigned. If you would like to assign yourself, simply select “Assign To Me”. If a user is already assigned to the sales lead and you would like to remove him/her, simply select “Unassign''. NOTE: Users can only assign other users to sales leads if they are under their role. i.e., Web Users cannot assign sales leads to the Admin or Account Owner role. 


Mass Update Assigned User

To update the assigned user on multiple requests at once, follow the steps below:

  1. In HQ, within Service>Sales Lead, click the box icon in the top right corner

  1. The Sales Lead Requests displayed will then have a box to the left of each request. Simply select all the requests you'd like to update the Assigned To by clicking on the corresponding box for each request and then select Change Assigned To.

  1. When selecting Change Assigned To, you can either assign to yourself by selecting Assign to Me and clicking Save or select a User within the dropdown menu and click Save or Unassign.

TIP: If ALL Assigned To's are to be updated, click on the box at the very top left of the request list. This will select ALL requests. Click and choose Change Assigned To and repeat the above steps, click Save.
