After Hours Set Up
To get started, please contact Tinnacity to have this feature turned on for your company. Once you have access, an HQ user with the role of Account Owner can navigate to Company Settings and configure the roundings and minimums/maximums to your desired values which will be applied to all “after hour” time on work orders. NOTE: These roundings and minimums/maximums are separate from roundings and minimums/maximums set for work orders outside of After Hours.
By default, the ability to add “after hours” is turned on for all of your technicians. If you would like to turn this feature OFF for specific technicians navigate to Users> Technician > Edit> Scroll down to “Clock In as After Hours”> select “No”> Save.
