Time Card Start and End Issues

If the time card in the Service app and website are not making sense, either to being different than one another or not the correct time, please check the following:

The technician is using the Service app on 2 devices. Using the app on two devices for the same user is very dangerous and can lead to data synchronization issues. We require that the technician only uses the Service app on 1 device at a time.

Check the tablet's time zone settings. The Service app uses the tablet's settings for time and time zone, so having these correct is imperative. For Android, go to Settings > General Management > Date and Time. For iOS, go to Settings > General > Date & Time.

Check the desktop time zone settings. The website uses your computer and browser's time zone settings to display dates and times.
