Can you give a technician access to the Tinnacity (HQ) website?
No you can not. A technician account only gives a user access to the Service app. In order for a technician to get access to the website (i.e. dispatch board, other technician times card, etc.) they would have to have a seperate HQ web account created for them.
Note: Emails must be unique for users in Tinnacity therefore if a technician has their email set in their technician account, this can either be removed from the technician account and used for the web account or the technician will need a secondary email set up to be used in the web account. An email is required for a web user account.
