Identifying the Customer No and Location No

1.In the work order, locate the “Ship To Customer” and “Bill To Customer” fields. The “Bill To Customer” field aligns with the Admin > Customers > “Customer No” field in Tinnacity. The “Ship To Customer” field aligns with the Admin > Locations > “Location No” field in Tinnacity. Tinnacity uses these fields to identify which Customers/Locations the work order is for in the app.

2.These fields can also be found by going to the Admin menu, selecting “Customers”, and then going to the specific customer’s profile.
