Uploading Document to Doc Center

The User who is uploading the document to the Doc Center must have the proper permissions to do so. To change this, follow the steps below: 

  • Navigate to the Security Setup and select the “Doc Center” tab
  • Check the “Document Center” box and the proper areas the User will be updating

    Uploading the document: 

    • Enter the WO # into the Invoice # field and then click the magnifying glass symbol to search
    • Drag the PDF from the search results to the “File Name” field and then cile the Add button to add the PDF to Doc Center
