Rebuilding/Downloading PDF

There are several reasons a user would want to rebuild/download a completed work order. For example, if any edits/changes to the work order occur after the work order has been completed, the user would want to rebuild it. NOTE: If a user edits/changes a completed work order, the PDF will NOT represent the latest update(s) until the work order is rebuilt. Perhaps the user simply wants the PDF for reference or some internal metrics, in this case download the PDF.
