Setting the Equipment Location
When a work order is dispatched in SB, the “Ship To” is what sets the location for the equipment in Tinnacity.
If the same Serial No, Make, and Model is dispatched to a different “Ship To” number then the equipment will be moved to that Location in Tinnacity.
Once the Location of the equipment is set on the work order, it can NOT be changed without un-dispatching, renaming, and deleting the work order in Tinnacity (if not done, then an error will be thrown saying there is a duplicate work order), and re-dispatching to create a new work order in Tinnacity.
If the “Bill To” field is changed in Softbase, then this will be updated in the work order only in Tinnacity. This will not change the equipment customer/location.
