Administrative Work Orders

These do not bring over comments, just hours. To link to Tinnacity, create the work order in Softbase but Do NOT assign a technician and Do NOT dispatch. 

Create the Administrative Work Order in Tinnacity and use the Work Order number from Softbase as work order number in Tinnacity, enable 'Synchronize'. 

Once created, still Do NOT dispatch. The agent will link the two together.
