Bill To not showing in WO tablet

When the Bill To is not listed on the PM setup it causes the Bill To not to be listed in the WO Table.  So, in short, if we have this dispatch issue and Tinnacity determines that a blank Bill To or Ship To is the issue we should have the SB user check both the WO and PM Setup for these fields in order to address the issue.
