Un-Dispatching and Re-Dispatching in Softbase
There are a multitude of reasons to un-dispatch and re-dispatch the work order
- From the Softbase main menu, go to Dispatch.
- View the Dispatched tab and select the work order you want to un-dispatch.
- Click the unDispatch button.
- The work order will be moved to the Not Dispatched tab.
- Optional: you may need to delete the work order in Tinnacity depending on what you are trying to change (Ship To Customer, for example).
- Now that the work order is no longer dispatched, follow the instructions to dispatch the work order.
