Un-Dispatching and Re-Dispatching in Softbase

There are a multitude of reasons to un-dispatch and re-dispatch the work order

  1. From the Softbase main menu, go to Dispatch.
  2. View the Dispatched tab and select the work order you want to un-dispatch.
  3. Click the unDispatch button.
  4. The work order will be moved to the Not Dispatched tab.
  5. Optional: you may need to delete the work order in Tinnacity depending on what you are trying to change (Ship To Customer, for example).
  6. Now that the work order is no longer dispatched, follow the instructions to dispatch the work order.
