Dispatch Bulk Actions

The dispatch table view has a few bulk actions that can be used.

1. Start by switching to the table view, click the table view icon at the top, right corner.
2. Select the "Select Multiple Rows" button in the top right. 
3. Select the rows that you'd like to make changes to. 
4. Select the action you'd like to perform. See actions below'

Actions

Add Technician (or Make Lead Tech)

This will add a technician to all work orders selected. A few rules apply.

• If the technician is already on the work order, the technician will not be added.
• If the work order has no current technicians, the new technician will be the lead tech by default.
• If you choose to make primary and the technician is already on the work order, the technician will be updated to become the lead tech.

Remove Technician

This will remove the technician from all work orders selected. A few rules apply.

• If the technician is not on the work order, no action is performed.
• If the technician is the lead tech or has the work order signed/completed, the technician will not be removed. This follows the same rules as changing a single work order.
