24+ Hours Daily Time Card
If a Daily Time Card shows 24+ Hours, one of three things can cause this:
- The tablet is not connected. If the tablet is not connected to WiFi or cellular data, data cannot be sent or received.
- There are times if the tablet has not connected for a long period of time that there are "stuck mods" (data captured while offline and now trying to upload). To determine if the tablet has any stuck mods, at the top, left corner press the Options icon (three vertical lines) then press App Version. There are four types of mods, each one should read 0.
- If any of these are not 0, then there are stuck mods. If you have stuck mods, confirm the tablet is connected and can stay connected to be able to send the data.
- The technician did not log out at the end of the day and has not logged back into the tablet yet.
