Missing a Menu in HQ

There are times when a programing change to HQ causes a menu to no longer be viewable to the user. The first thing to try is a hard refresh of HQ site. 

  1. For this example, the Service menu is missing. In the address bar, highlight the entire website address.
  2. Simultaneously, press keys Control+Fn+F5 to do a hard refresh of the page.  
  3. The menu should be available now.
  4. If it is not, it is recommended to clear your browser's cache. All browsers are different on how you clear its cache.  For example, to clear cache from Google Chrome click the 
    three vertical dots at the top, right corner then click Settings.
  5. From the left panel, click Security and Privacy.
  6. Select the Advanced tab, change Time range to All time and then confirm that the four boxes checked in the image below are checked.  This will remove all URLs that you have ever visited.  Press [Clear data].
  7. Reload Tinnacity's HQ site.  All menus should be visible.
