How do I enable the Deleted By and Deleted Date columns?

View Deleted Work Orders

Users can view all deleted work orders on the History page within HQ by setting the filter 'Deleted Only' to Yes. Enable the columns Deleted By and Deleted Date to view who deleted each work order and the date it was deleted.

Enable Deleted Only Filter

To enable the deleted only filter, click the funnel icon at the top, right corner.

Check the box next to Deleted Only.

Enable Deleted By and Deleted Date Columns

To enable the deleted by and deleted date columns, click the 'Manage Columns' icon at the top, right corner.

Check the box next to Deleted By and Deleted Date. TIP: Click and drag the relevant column name to reorder the data table.

Restore a Deleted Work Order

To restore a deleted work order, click the Restore Work Order icon.
