Bulk Add Time Card Entry

To bulk add time card entry(s) for a single person (i.e. multiple days of vacation), to a group of individuals (i.e. multiple people who were out sick), or to all users (i.e. a holiday), follow the below steps:

  1. In HQ, click Time Cards, then Individual Time Card.

  2. Select a Person, click the three vertical dots located at the top, right corner and then select Bulk Add.

  3. You can click [Select All] to select all web users/technicians or select multiple people from the dropdown.

  4. From the dropdown, select the Status (i.e. Holiday, Sick, Vacation) then set the Start and End Times.

  5. Select the Start and End Dates. NOTE:  Future dated entries cannot be created.  Click [Save].
