Download Multiple Attachments and Multiple Completed Work Order PDFs at once Error

Google Chrome sometimes blocks the ability to download multiple attachments (pictures) within the Work Order details screen in HQ.  If this is occurring, follow the below steps:

Option 1

1. In Chrome, click the three vertical dots at the top, right corner then select Settings.

   

2. From the left panel, click Privacy and security then select Pop-ups and redirects.

   

3. Scroll down to Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, then click [Add].

   

4. Enter https://hq.tinnacity.com then click [Add].

   

5. Try download the attachments again.

Option 2

1. After you requested to download multiple attachments and/or multiple completed work order PDFs, click the 'Pop-ups blocked' icon in the URL. Select 'Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://hq.tinnacity.com
