Technician Requests

Technician Requests (i.e. more work, quote request and sales leads) can be found within the Requests card on the Home Screen.

  1. From the Home Screen, press the + sign next to Requests. TIP: Press [View List] from the Requests card to view all requests submitted for work orders in technician's WIP.

  2. Select the respective request:
    1. More Work - Requesting more work orders
    2. Quote - Submit a quote for a customer outside technician's WIP

    3. Sales Lead - Submit a sales lead for a customer outside technician's WIP
