Viewing Quote Details

To view the details of a quote request, once in the Quotes screen, click on the 3 dots adjacent to the quote to view the request details. A drop-down menu will appear, proceed to click on the “Details” button. Once the details open, the user is presented with information about the quote. TIP: If the technician requested a quote in an open Work Order, the Work Order number will be green and users can click on the number to be directed straight to the Work Order. If there is not a Work Order number, the technician requested the quote without opening a Work Order.
