Add Customer Location

To add a new location to a branch, follow the steps below:

  1. Click FleetSTATS, then select Customer Locations.
  2. Select the Client/Branch and the respective Customer, then click [Create].
  3. The Client Name and Customer Name are automatically populated and cannot be changed. Select the Crown Location Name from the dropdown, enter the Client Location Name (usually the same as the Crown Location Name), enter the Client Location Number, and check the box next to FleetSTATS.  Click [Save].Note:  If the location does not exist, confirm that the location exists in Crown’s FleetSTATS (partner.crown.com). If the location exists, you will need to then add the location in Admin/Customers.
