FleetSTATS Config
Each customer requires a different set of paperwork for specific types of transactions (i.e., Service Invoices, Service Credits, PM Invoices, PM Credits, FM Invoices, etc.), if a PO is required for the specific transaction type, if repair code is required, etc.
To configure the customer’s FleetSTATS configurations, follow the below steps:
- Within TICS, click FleetSTATS then select Customers.
- Locate the respective customer, then click the three vertical dots and select FleetSTATS Config.
- Click the checkbox next to the respective required paperwork, PO required, etc., then click [Save].
