FleetSTATS Config

Each customer requires a different set of paperwork for specific types of transactions (i.e., Service Invoices, Service Credits, PM Invoices, PM Credits, FM Invoices, etc.), if a PO is required for the specific transaction type, if repair code is required, etc. 

To configure the customer’s FleetSTATS configurations, follow the below steps:

  1. Within TICS, click FleetSTATS then select Customers.
  2. Locate the respective customer, then click the three vertical dots and select FleetSTATS Config.
  3. Click the checkbox next to the respective required paperwork, PO required, etc., then click [Save].
