Dispatch - Agent Warnings/Errors

There may be times when a WO cannot sync from your ERP to HQ or from HQ to your ERP. It is highly recommended that you sign up to receive the Dispatch - Agent Warnings/Errors notifications. These notifications include a brief explanation as to why the WO cannot be synced/invoice cannot be created and you will be required to fix the issue before a successful sync will be completed.  

To sign up for these notifications, follow the steps below in HQ: 

  1. Click your name at the top, right corner in HQ and then select [My Profile].


  1. Within the Left side Panel, select Notification Settings and then select the + icon in the top right corner


  1. From the Notification Type drop menu menu, scroll to the very bottom and under the Other section, select "The business system integration has an error or warning".

  1. Finally, decided how you would like to be notified from two choices. You can choose to select one or the other or both. Click Save when done. NOTE: If checked, you can click on the box to deselect, if you'd like.
    1. Show in HQ: If selected, notifications will appear in the Bell icon at the top of the HQ screen
    2. Send Email: if selected, notifications will be sent to the email address attached to your HQ User profile.

The notification is now set. In the Notification Settings screen, you can always adjust the way you'd like to receive the notification by clicking on the box corresponding with the method received to update or clicking on the 3 dots allows you to delete the notification all together.
