Shipping Templates

Before Shipping Tickets can be created in HQ, you must have the respective Shipping Templates available. The Shipping Templates page (Admin>Shipping Templates) is used to create a template for shipping for technicians to use again and again in the future. When you create a Shipping Template you will need to enter your shipping details, then you will pick what else you would like on your template. First you will need to decide what you want to be required for your pick up and delivery. You will have the ability to choose if you want comments, signature, hour meter, picture, and inspection to be required for both a pick-up and a delivery. After you have done that, you will need to pick what you want the customer to see when they sign.
