Time Card Map

When a technician is working throughout the day, if enabled, the GPS points will be captured from the tablet and displayed on the map in the Time Card Details page. When the point is captured, a “map” symbol will appear in the time card entry row. 

When clicked on, the map will highlight the location of the GPS coordinates. The coordinates are captured any time the technician starts or stops working on their time card. 

NOTE: “Hide Map” on right will take the map away, just displaying the time card entries.

To turn on GPS time card tracking, HQ users with a role of Account Owner can navigate to the Company Settings page and turn on the “Geo Position (GPS) Tracking” setting within Time Card Settings. NOTE: The technicians must allow the capture of GPS coordinates on the tablet as well. (refer to tablet settings to enable)
