Dashboard - Work Orders - By Type

Work Orders-By Type: can allow a user to narrow down data based on the type of work order. After selecting this, utilize the search bar at the top to narrow down by work order type. All work order types within HQ will display for selection.


Work Orders - PM: Displays the total number of completed PM work orders for current and previous months. As well as a graph with selectable date ranges for Completed PMs for the selected date range.

Work Orders - Service: Displays the total number of completed service work orders completed for the current and previous months. As well as graphs with selectable date ranges for Completed Service work orders by month for the selected date range and a First-Time Fix graph.  


NOTE: The system automatically registers any work order completed within one calendar day as a First-Time Fix. However, if the fix was ultimately unsuccessful—and the customer reported the issue persisting—you need to override the status. To maintain accurate metrics, manually change the 'First-Time Fix' field on the work order to reflect the continued service requirement.
