Supporting your Customers

To help you support your customers, to troubleshoot an issue, you can impersonate the other user to be able to see what they see.


In Tinnacity’s HQ, go to Admin/Users to locate and select the customer account. In the User Detail screen click the three vertical dots and then click Impersonate.


The customer portal is now launched and logged in as the respective user.

To stop impersonating, click the person’s name at the top, right corner and click Stop impersonating.
