HQ User Clock In/Out

To enable time card tracking for HQ Users, the Account Owner must first perform the steps below:

  1. After logging into HQ, navigate to Company Settings by clicking your name, then select Company Settings.

  1. Scroll down to the Time Card Settings card, from there the Account Owner can enable or disable the HQ Time Card Settings by simply toggling On/Off for Time Card tracking for web users and Require Signature on Time Card Submit. Once complete, select Save at the bottom of the screen.

To Clock IN/OUT of HQ as a web user

  1. After logging into HQ, the HQ web user will see a clock icon to the left of the notifications icon at the top of the web page. Click on the clock icon.

  1. From there an HQ web user can clock in by selecting Clock In on the bottom right.

  1. If the HQ web user needs to clock out for Lunch, Personal or End of Day, click on the clock icon next to the notifications icon again and select Clock Out. From here the 3 options listed above are available.

  1. To clock back in from lunch or any other reason, simply click on the clock icon again and select Clock In.
