Parts Used Report (Auto-generated)

The purpose of this report is to allow the user to see what parts were used on a given day and display what parts need to be replenished for a specific part location. 

  1. Date - The date that the part was added/modified. 
  2. Part Location- The Part Location that the part was added from. 
  3. Qty - The quantity of the part that was added to the work order. 
  4. Bo Qty - If the part was put on backorder, the quantity on back order will display here.
  5. Part No - The part number of the part that was added to the work order. 
  6. Description - The description of the part that was added to the work order. 
  7. Work Order - The work order number where the part was added. 
  8. Customer Name - The customer name of the work order where the part was added. 
  9. Customer No- The customer number of the customer that was on the work order where the part was added.
  10. Location Name - The location name for the customer that was on the work order where the part was added. 
  11. Location No - The location number of the location for the customer that was on the work order where the part was added. 
  12. Method - The action that was taken for the specific part - “Added”, “Modified”, or “Removed”. 
  13. Resource - The resource(user) who added, modified, or removed the part. The resource column says “Agent”, then this means the part was added/modified/removed in the business system and the updates were pushed to Tinnacity Mobile.
