Work Order Checklist Issues Report
The Checklist Issues report highlights all instances where a checklist response is marked as something other than 'OK' or 'N/A.' This report offers valuable opportunities to identify potential service and parts needs, supporting upsell efforts.
This report will provide the following information:
- Work Order Number
- Work Order Type
- Customer & Location
- Make/Model & Serial No.
- Checklist Group Name & Checklist Question
- Technician's Answer & Comments
- Technician's Name & Date
To View/Download or Rebuild this Report
- Make sure the Report Type filter is enabled and select Work Order Checklist Issues from the dropdown menu. TIP: use the start and end date filters, as well, to help narrow down the list of reports.
- Select the 3 dots to the right of the report and select "Download" or "Rebuild. The report will then download and you can view the information provided within the report.
