Work Order Checklist Issues Report

The Work Order report will give the HQ user a rundown of all checklist issues reported when the answer on a checklist is other than OK or N/A. To access this report, navigate HQ>Reporting>Reports.


This report will provide the following information:

  • Work Order Number
  • Work Order Type
  • Customer & Location
  • Make/Model & Serial No.
  • Checklist Group Name & Checklist Question
  • Technician's Answer & Comments
  • Technician's Name & Date

To View/Download or Rebuild this Report

  1. Make sure the Report Type filter is enabled and select Work Order Checklist Issues from the dropdown menu. TIP: use the start and end date filters, as well, to help narrow down the list of reports.

  1. Select the 3 dots to the right of the report and select "Download" or "Rebuild. The report will then download and you can view the information provided within the report.
