Customer Terms based on Work Order Type
Perhaps you have different Customer Terms for Warranty work or other types of work besides your general Customer Terms. You can set those terms based on the Work Order Type and those will be what is shown when your customer signs a work order. NOTE: If these terms are set, they are shown to the customer when they sign off on a work order instead of the Customer Terms set in HQ>Company Settings. If specific Customer Terms are not set by Work Order Type, your default Company Customer Terms will be shown when your customer signs off on a work order.
To set specific terms based on work order type, navigate HQ>Admin>Work Order Types>Select the type you want and click edit. Add your terms in the Customer Terms section and click Save at the bottom. NOTE: This will only be available on the newest version of the Service app (v.2.64.0 and newer)
