Exclude Work Order Type from Customer Visibility in Customer Portal

If there are work order types you prefer your customers not to see in Tinnacity's Customer Portal, you can exclude them via the Work Order Type settings in the Admin menu.


  1. In HQ, navigate to Admin > Work Order Types, find and select the relevant work order type.
  2. Click [Edit], then toggle the switch to 'Exclude from Customer Portal.' Note: This feature is only available if your dealership is using Tinnacity's Customer Portal.
