Submitting Feedback
Technicians can provide their input: questions, bug reports, complaints, praise and feature requests. When troubleshooting of the tablet is required, we may ask the technician to “submit their feedback”. When this is submitted, a snapshot of the data on the tablet is sent with it and we can analyze what is happening on the tablet.
To submit feedback, select the 3 lines icon on the top left side of the Home Screen and click on “Feedback” near the bottom. Enter a comment and click Submit”. NOTE: When a technician provides feedback, the Tinnacity team will respond to them directly on the feedback regarding any questions, comments, suggestions, etc.
