Changing a Technician's Password

Technicians cannot change their Service app password themselves, back-office staff that have Admin rights within HQ must change their password for them.


Within the Admin drop down menu:

  1. Click on Users & search for the Technician
  2. Click on the three dots on the right side of the screen & select Details
  3. Once on the details page, click on the three dots in the top right corner & select Reset Mobile Password
