Work Order Equipment
The Equipment card is where the technician can view the details about the equipment on the work order by pressing [View Details]
If needed, the technician can change the equipment by selecting the edit pencil in the top right of the equipment card. This will open a pop up with all of the equipment for this customer/location. If the equipment is not in the list, the technician can use the blue “Equipment Not Found” button at the bottom of the pop up to send a request to the back office to have it added. The technician can also do this from the Side Menu.
NOTE: The Hour Meter in this card MUST be filled out in order to complete the work order. The hour meter is highlighted orange and has an asterisk* when it is not filled out to show it is required.
TIP: A green tag next the equipment represents it is marked as 'Company Owned' (the dealership owns the equipment).
After clicking the "Equipment Not Found", you will be brought to the "Request to add equipment" card. On this page you will need to add Serial No, Make and Model to submit your request. You could also submit an equipment request by going to the right side bar on the home page, then click on "Request to add equipment".
BEST PRACTICE: The Technician should provide a picture of the equipment if possible and within the comments provide all detailed descriptions to assist the Back Office
