Equipment Service History
The service history for the equipment can be accessed by tapping on the [View Details] button within the Equipment card of a work order.
Within the View Details screen the Technician presses [Service History] within the View card
All service history for that particular piece of equipment will display. The Technician can review previous work orders attached to that equipment's service history. Work orders are identified by the symbol on the left side of the screen. Repair work orders are identified by a wrench and PM work orders are identified by a checkmark symbol. The Technician can see previous work orders and/or checklists completed by simply pressing on the work order displayed within the list.
