My Profile
Overview
Use My Profile to update your security settings, manage notification preferences, and access your CSV exports.
To access My Profile, click your name in the top right of the screen, then Select [My Profile].
Use the Left Panel to customize your experience and secure your account:
- Profile: Update your personal details, including name, contact info, and timezone.
- Security: Enhance your account protection with passkeys, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and backup codes.
- Notifications: Choose how you stay informed. Toggle alerts for the HQ dashboard, email, or both.
- Exports: Access and download large CSV reports that exceed the real-time export limit.
My Profile
Keep your profile current by updating your contact info, language, and time zone.
Tip: Your Account Number serves as the account number for technicians using the Service app.
Service Reports Automated scheduling is available, but for the most comprehensive results, manually generate your reports in the Reporting/Reports section. Click here to learn more about Reporting.
Security
At Tinnacity, safeguarding your data is our top priority. While we employ rigorous system-wide protections, we highly recommend enabling additional security layers. Activate Passkeys, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), or Backup Codes to add a personal layer of defense to your account.
Notifications
Stay Informed, receive real-time updates based on activity in HQ, the Service app, and (if applicable) your integrated business systems, Ship, or Customer Portal.
- Customized Delivery: Choose to receive alerts via in-app notifications, email, or both.
- Direct Access: Email notifications include a summary of the event and a "See More" link that takes you directly to the relevant screen in HQ.

Exports
Access large CSV reports that exceed the real-time limit here. While these files are also sent to your email, you can retrieve them here much faster once processing is complete. Standard exports will continue to download directly to your browser's Downloads folder. NOTE: Exports are limited to 25,000 rows.
Click [Download] to download the .csv file.
