My Profile

Under the HQ user’s name in the top right of the screen, the user can access their profile settings. Once your name is selected, a drop down menu will appear. Select [My Profile].

Here is where the user can configure their name, email, language and time zone. To change password or configure notification settings, select the desired action within the menu on the left of the screen.

Service Reports - While you can configure to receive these automated reports, it is highly recommended not to use these and to manually generate the report as needed via the Reporting/Reports. Click here to learn more about Reporting.
