After Hours Capability

The technician must first log into the app to access the “After Hours” settings. Once logged in, the technician must select “After Hours” on the Clock In prompt. Once “After Hours” is selected, all time applied by the technician will be identified as “After Hours”. To go back to normal time, the technician will need to Clock Out and Clock In and simply select “Yes” on the Clock In prompt.  Click here to learn more about After Hours Set Up.

When the technician is viewing the time card summary all of the entries with a Moon symbol are entries that are being logged as after hours.
