Upon log in to the Ship iT app, the driver is automatically “clocked” into their daily time card.

In the Time Card section (1), the driver can clock in/out of the app by pressing the [Stop] button, then select the reason for ‘Clock Out’.

The Shipments section (2), the driver can view how many shipments they have for the next 48 hours (today’s date and tomorrow’s date). Press [View All] to view the Shipping Tickets. TIP:  When paired with Scan it, the driver can scan the QR code to open the shipping ticket to begin the pickup or delivery actions. The shipping ticket provides easy to read pickup and delivery details.

The Notifications section (3), displays all notifications that the driver has received.

Shipping Ticket Details

Upon opening a shipping ticket, the details are on display. The driver will be prompted with the Pick Up and/or Delivery Actions based upon the Shipping Template that was used. TIP:  To view more actions, click the three vertical dots at the top, right corner. The Reset option refers to as  ‘rescheduling’ the shipment.
