Time Card Entries

Within HQ>Time Cards>Time Card Entries a user can quickly narrow down time cards by various filters to better enable auditing of time cards. For example: if an HQ user wants to quickly view Standby entries for a given date range to audit and correct or to see if a time card has been submitted or not.

To enable the various filter options, click on the Filter icon in the top right and select the filters you wish to apply. TIP: Once filters & columns are set, an HQ user can download to a csv for reporting purposes. Select the Download csv icon in the top right of the screen.

Filter options include:

  1. Start Date: narrow down the list of entries by start date
  2. End Date: narrow down the list of entries by end date
  3. Status: Narrow down entries by Clocked In/Out, Holiday, Sick, Standby, Traveling, Vacation, Working
  4. Reason: Narrow down by various reasons for the entry. i.e Administrative or Personal
  5. Time Card Person: specifically view entries of one Time Card Person
  6. User Group: Narrow down by a specific User Group, if applicable
  7. Role: Narrow down by role. i.e. Technician
  8. Submitted: Yes/No. Narrow down the list to show whether or not a Time Card has been submitted
  9. Sent to Payroll: Yes/No. If integrated with your payroll, narrow down list to see if sent or not
  10. Customer: Narrow down by entries entered at a specific Bill To Customer
  11. Location: Narrow down by entries at a specific customer location

Once Filters are established & enabled, view the entry of an individual time card by selecting the 3 dots to the right>View Individual Time Card. The HQ user will then be taken to the individual time card where they can modify, edit or delete entries of that time card. Click here to learn more on that process.
