Work Order Attachments

Technicians are able to add attachments directly to a work order. These attachments will also be visible in HQ within a work order detail screen. Click here to learn more.

To add attachments:

  1. Tap on the camera icon in the top right of the Attachments card.

  1. The technician's device will then provide 3 options for ways to add: Take a photo, Choose photo from library or Choose a file. Select what type and add the attachment to the work order.

Viewing Attachments and Removing

Attachments can be viewed in full size by tapping on the picture in the Attachments card. Likewise, to remove an attachment, select it and in the top right of the next screen, select the trash can icon. The user will then receive a prompt asking if they are sure they would like to delete: Yes/No.
