Before you can assign Shipping tickets to a driver, an account must be created in HQ in Admin/Users, with a role of either a Driver or a Third-Party Driver.

Sometimes, a third-party driver (or company) that does not want to use the Ship IT app is used for shipping. A third-party driver account can be created, using a unique email address. that allows your back-office to manually 'complete the shipment' in HQ. Before this can be completed, a 'Third-Party Driver' user must be created, then assigned to the respective Shipping Ticket.
