TVH Parts Price & Availability Lookup

There is no additional fee to use this feature. This capability has been provided to you at no cost by Tinnacity and TVH.  This setup process can be completed within 24 hours or less.

Before you begin, you will need:

• TVH account number(s)
  • If you do not have a TVH account, please see TVH site on how to become a customer.
• TVH sales representative contact information
• An HQ Account Owner role with access to HQ Company Settings

Step 1: Contact TVH

• Contact your TVH Sales Rep. Then request integration access for "TVH with Tinnacity Services"
• TVH will connect you with their integration specialist team and they will send you the required documentation/agreement for approval and signature. (TVH Americas Integration Services Agreement)
• Once agreement is approved and verified by the TVH team, they will issue an approved API access key.

Step 2: Setup Integration with TVH within Tinnacity HQ

1. Once you have completed Step 1 with your TVH Sales Rep, you will then need to set up the integration between TVH & Tinnacity. NOTE: A Tinnacity HQ user with an Account Owner role will need to complete these steps in HQ.
2. Follow the steps below to complete the integration:

• HQ > Company Settings > Integrations: Locate the TVH IRMN Integration & select Connect

• Next, enter your TVH Account ID & TVH Access Key & select Save at the bottom

Step 3: Use TVH Lookup - Price & Availability

• Prior to use, please log out of HQ and back into HQ to acquire the newly established credentials.
• Part Requests
  • In HQ > Service > Part Requests Details: lookup any TVH part for price and availability within a part request. The "TVH Lookup" button will be present on each part line within the part request.
    • NOTE: Tinnacity makes read-only API requests to TVH's IRMN APIs. This means that in order to successfully use this integration, your Part Numbers must match exactly with TVH's Part Numbers in their system.

• Click the button to make the request to TVH. See your part pricing and availability at respective warehouses.
