TVH Parts Price & Availability Lookup

There is no additional fee to use this feature. This capability has been provided to you at no cost by Tinnacity and TVH.  This setup process can be completed within 24 hours or less.

Before you begin, you will need:

• TVH account number(s)
  • If you do not have a TVH account, please see TVH site on how to become a customer.
• TVH sales representative contact information

Step 1: Contact TVH

• Contact your TVH Sales Rep. Then request integration access for "TVH with Tinnacity Services"
• TVH will connect you with their integration specialist team and they will send you the required documentation/agreement for approval and signature. (TVH Americas Integration Services Agreement)
• Once agreement is approved and verified by the TVH team, they will issue an approved API access key.

Step 2: Contact Tinnacity

• Contact your Tinnacity help (help@tinnacity.com). Request integration access for "TVH with Tinnacity Services"
  • Provide your TVH Access Key
  • Provide your TVH Account Number
  • Note: You may simply forward your correspondence from TVH to the Tinnacity help team.
• Tinnacity will verify information and add your TVH credentials to your account
• Tinnacity will communicate the setup is complete to TVH

Step 3: Use TVH Lookup - Price & Availability

• Prior to use, please log out of HQ and back into HQ to acquire the newly established credentials.
• Part Requests
  • Lookup any TVH part for price and availability within a part request. Button for "TVH Lookup" will be present on each part line within the request.

  • 

  • Click the button to make the request to TVH. See your part pricing and availability at respective warehouses.

    

  • No price or warehouse information shown, then the part does not exist in TVH.
